Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and be a practicing attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of regular experience handling employment matters and advising and supporting privileged investigations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employment matters including hiring, performance management, leaves, terminations, wage and hour, benefits, and related laws.
• Lead investigations within ethics and compliance and HR.
• Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements and policies.
• Manage external and internal counsel on global employment practices and staffing.
