Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Legal in assigned HR/legal matters across Parker U.S. locations.
• Manage labor and employment-related claims including litigation and EEO responses.
• Monitor labor and employment legislation and prepare summaries.
• Counsel employee relations on labor management and contract interpretation.
• Collaborate with HR compliance to implement legislative updates.
• Review HR policies and employee handbooks periodically.
• Prepare and participate in legal update webinars.
• Regularly review HR practices for compliance and improvements.
• Support Legal Department's strategic planning and deployment initiatives.
