Responsibilities

• Conduct complex legal research using Westlaw and other legal research platforms.
• Draft high-quality legal documents, including memoranda, demand letters, briefs, MSJs, MSAs, motions in limine, and pretrial briefs.
• Analyze case law thoroughly and independently.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the litigation team to develop case strategy.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting aggressive litigation deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback into written work and improve legal analysis and writing.
• Proactively communicate with team members and seek additional work when capacity allows.
