Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of complex commercial agreements focused on sales contracts and partnerships.
• Provide legal guidance throughout product development to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Advise on regulatory issues including data privacy, consumer protection, and aviation requirements.
• Support review of government contracts and defense procurement compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional legal support with the business in a timely manner.
