Qualifications

• JD with excellent academic credentials and California license to practice law in good standing
• 7+ years of litigation, bankruptcy, insolvency, and creditors' rights experience
• Experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings

Responsibilities

• Review complex fact patterns and provide analysis and strategic recommendations
• Represent creditors and other parties in Chapter 11 proceedings and related insolvency matters
• Handle contested matters and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court
• Prepare and argue motions, objections, briefs, and other filings
• Conduct discovery, examinations, and pre-trial proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions in bankruptcy and commercial litigation
• Assist with bankruptcy-related appellate matters
• Manage complex matters with minimal supervision
