Job summary

Suno, a leading AI-driven entertainment platform, seeks a strategic attorney for its Legal & Business Affairs team. You will structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial transactions across music, partnerships, and technology, partnering with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a JD, active US bar membership, 8+ years of experience (in-house and music/entertainment preferred), and strong business acumen with exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD and active US state bar membership are required.
• 8+ years of experience, with substantial in-house and music/entertainment experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and close a wide range of commercial transactions, including music and BD partnerships, developer agreements and general commercial transactions.
• Be the go-to cross-functional legal partner for music, business development and consumer partnership teams.
• Build commercial legal infrastructure, from contract templates to strategic playbooks, to accelerate momentum.
• Help business partners make smarter and faster decisions using deal experience.
