Job summary

CTC (Computer Technologies Consultants) seeks a Senior COTS Integrator to support the Intelligence Community at a government site in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will join a team building and deploying performance-monitoring solutions for complex systems, integrating open source and COTS products in a PKI-secured environment.

The role requires deep expertise with Elastic Stack, Jenkins, Python, OpenTelemetry, and REST APIs to capture metrics, visualize data, and automate checks.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph active
• 12 years software development/engineering experience; bachelor’s degree or 4 years additional experience in lieu
• Experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana) and Elastic APM
• Experience with multiple Elastic Stack environments, Logstash pipelines, Kibana visualizations
• Experience with OpenTelemetry and OTLP
• Experience with Python and/or Vega
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/JS), UNIX commands, Windows

Responsibilities

• Build performance-monitoring solutions for complex systems
• Instrument environments and capture performance metrics
• Develop software leveraging REST APIs to automate metric collection
• Create visualizations using Elastic Stack and integrate OSS and COTS products
• Operate in a secure PKI-based environment and ensure secure communications
• Collaborate across teams to deliver results-oriented outcomes
