Enverus is seeking a Senior Analyst for Cost Optimization Services to lead diagnostic cost analyses, benchmarking studies, and strategic cost reviews for major operators. You will work directly with C-suite and operations leadership to identify cost drivers and validate claims.

The role requires deep knowledge of drilling, completion, and production cost structures, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Actuarial Science.
• 6 to 11 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years with drilling, completion, or production costs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interact with C-suite and operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic cost analyses and benchmarking studies for major operators.
• Develop cost datasets and analytical dashboards enabling clients to track optimization opportunities.
• Validate cost claims using rigorous data interrogation and cost reconciliation.
• Engage with CFOs, VPs of Operations, and Cost Management leads to drive actionable insights.
