Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our U.S. team on a large-scale data center construction program.
You will be the key day-to-day client interface, driving cost management across the full project lifecycle and delivering value through effective cost planning and control. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in cost management in construction, with strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record on complex data center or mission-critical

Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to join our growing U.S. team and support the delivery of a large-scale, complex data center construction program. This role will act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are achieved through the delivery of value-added cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. In this significant position, you will provide leadership and direction while embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend. Responsibilities:
