Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Houston cost management team, supporting a diverse portfolio of construction projects across multiple sectors. In this client-facing role, you will deliver value-added cost management services, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help drive successful project outcomes while providing leadership aligned with Turner & Townsend's values and vision.
To be successful in this role you must have strong communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing environment across multiple stakeholders and projects. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. In this significant position, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction, while embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.
