Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Architecture degree meeting the specified requirements (4-year program).
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 including detailed estimates, IGEs, and constructibility reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Develops construction cost estimates for large, complex military projects.
• Interprets technical data to support cost decisions balancing schedule and budget.
• Assists in defending Government Estimates and settlements of changes.
