Job summary

Tecolote is seeking highly motivated individuals to work with a Government client on large, challenging studies. The role emphasizes leadership, independent planning, and strong communication while applying extensive cost analysis expertise.

Candidates should have substantial government acquisition experience, familiarity with federal contract requirements, and advanced analytical skills. A security clearance is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of government acquisition experience and knowledge of Federal contract requirements, cost estimating, and cost analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT, simulations, models, operations, and research tools; advising senior decision makers on cost issues.
• Familiarity with government IT software for cost/economic analysis; DHS systems knowledge is a plus; CCEA/CCP/CEP or DAWIA/DHS certs are favorable.

Responsibilities

• Capable of leading or contributing to the largest and most difficult studies for the Company.
• Demonstrate proven leadership qualities and independently plan and conduct assignments involving major projects.
• Represent the organization in outside discussions and technical forums as needed.
• Operate as a Project Leader with latitude for action and guidance of others' work.
