Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Accounting, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience as a cost accountant or cost analyst.
• Willingness to travel or work nights/weekends/on-call occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost accounting policies and controls.
• Manage the inventory costing process and coordinate with teams.
• Perform variance analysis of actual costs against expected costs.
