Job summary

Kärcher is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage cost accounting, manufacturing cost analysis, and monthly close in our North American operations. The role collaborates with purchasing, engineering, and material masters to resolve variances and improve processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting with 5–10 years in manufacturing, strong SAP skills, and advanced Excel ability. CPA or CMA preferred. Office-based in Colorado with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required with 5–10 years in manufacturing accounting.
• Strong cost accounting expertise and hands-on SAP experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and sharp analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close processes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain cost accounting across sites, including cost rolls and overhead rate adjustments.
• Manage daily costing requests and internal orders; conduct freight analyses.
