Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment or related field.
• Lean knowledge and practical experience required.
• Subject Matter Expert with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact across levels.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead with data-driven analysis to drive profitability and strategic decisions.
• Partner across teams to align goals and communicate insights.
• Own costing structures and analyze major cost drivers, volumes, and overhead.
• Prepare periodic reports, P&L analyses, and standard cost data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and inventory controls.
• Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and transaction processes.
