Module X Solutions LLC in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to support financial statements, cost control, and manufacturing cost accounting. The role requires strong MS Excel and ERP skills, plus the ability to work in a team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience, a BS/BA in Accounting, CPA is a plus, and a track record of delivering timely financial information in a manufacturing setting.

• Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
• Perform other financial projects and related duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Cost Accountant role provides an opportunity for growth and development. To be successful in this role, you should possess the ability to conduct a wide variety of intricate and complex accounting duties and projects. An ideal candidate should be savvy in Microsoft 365 products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Email, as well as ERP systems. Must have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain a team-oriented environment. Primary duties will be to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and maintenance of accounting records in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policy.
