Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Corporate Trust Relationship Manager II within its Wealth Division. This role manages a book of accounts, onboards new transactions, and closes transactions while ensuring adherence to bank and corporate trust policies.

You will coordinate closing activities, engage counsel and clients, and lead a team of administrators to deliver exceptional client service. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in corporate trust, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years demonstrated successful track record in Corporate Trust or equivalent job function.
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting governing documents and agreements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate trust products and related bank and regulatory regulations.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail and ability to organize workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of accounts and onboarding/closing new transactions per governing documents.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Corporate Trust administrators.
• Ensure client satisfaction to support retention and referrals by resolving inquiries promptly.
• Identify business risks and mitigate risk to enhance processes.
• Contribute to short- and long-term revenue and expense goals.
