Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Corporate Trust Product Manager to lead discovery, requirements, and workflow analysis for trust administration and related services. The role supports platform modernization, validation, and client workshops across deal structures, payments, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include creating BRDs and user stories, ensuring traceability, and partnering with engineering, operations, and legal to achieve release readiness. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Corporate Trust deal lifecycle and governance.
• Experience translating legal and regulatory obligations into system requirements.
• Strong ability to create BRDs, functional specs, and UAT scenarios.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap assessment with stakeholders.
• Translate operating models and documents into system requirements and flows.
• Create BRDs, specs, user stories, use cases, and testing artefacts.
• Validate product capabilities against trust administration and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with product engineering, QA, operations, and legal to ensure readiness.
• Support client pursuits with demos, guidance, and risk‑aware reasoning.
• Contribute assets for workflow automation and control frameworks.
