You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, using MS Office and UMB systems to process client requests, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with operations staff and custodian banks for accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide administrative support to Corporate Trust clients.
• Use Microsoft products and UMB systems to maintain records and respond to client requests with high attention to detail.
• Communicate with client teams and internal groups to identify and provide solutions.
