Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks an experienced Senior Corporate & Transactions Paralegal to support the Legal Department across corporate governance, complex transactions, contracts, litigation support, and regulatory matters.

This is a fast-paced role requiring the ability to manage large volumes of information, coordinate across stakeholders, and act as a trusted partner to attorneys, executives, and operations leaders within a national senior living organization.

Qualifikationen

• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in corporate legal departments or similar.
• Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, restructurings, or other complex transactions.
• Experience with multi-entity ownership structures and layered governance.
• Strong governance, contract administration, and legal documentation knowledge.
• Experience supporting litigation, subpoenas, regulatory matters, or investigations.
• Ability to review contracts against templates and playbooks with attention to risk.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support attorneys on acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, restructurings, and other strategic transactions.
• Review, organize, summarize, and track documents, governance records, licenses, and litigation matters.
• Track ownership structures, affiliated entities, governance requirements, and post-closing obligations.
• Support governance and entity administration, including formations, changes, and renewals.
• Administer contract tracking, storage, reporting, and obligation management.
• Coordinate litigation holds, subpoenas, and regulatory inquiries.
• Improve templates, workflows, and processes within the Legal Department.
