T-Mobile seeks a Sr. Program Manager to elevate physical security across critical facilities, commercial offices, and other locations. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in Overland Park, KS and up to 40% travel.

You will conduct and document security assessments, identify gaps, and lead corrective actions with partners. You will design and maintain security plans for access control, CCTV, intrusion, and emergency alerting, and help draft policies and standards.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-7 years’ experience in commercial electronic security systems design, auditing, inspections, or policy management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using databases/tech platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organization.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and guide outcomes.

We’re seeking a Sr. Program Manager to help elevate our physical security operations across critical facilities, commercial offices, and other facility locations. ** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and based in Overland Park, KS. Must be willing to travel up to 40%. This is equivalent to roughly 1.5 weeks out of every month. This could fluctuate depending on business need. **

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and document physical security assessments at T-Mobile facilities, commercial offices, and other facility locations.
  • Identify security gaps and vulnerabilities; initiate and track corrective actions with appropriate partners through resolution.
  • Develop and maintain physical security design plans, including placement of access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and emergency alerting systems for new builds and retrofit projects.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining security policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Support monthly badge office compliance audits across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and integrators to ensure security systems are implemented and maintained to standard.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of physical security system operations and programming.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-7 years’ experience in commercial electronic security systems design, auditing, inspections, or policy management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort using databases and technology platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using active listening, consultative partnership, and strategic guidance to understand needs, influence outcomes, and drive alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Software House C-Cure 9000 and/or AMAG Symmetry access control systems.
  • Experience in audit and assessment processes, and developing policy and procedure documentation
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience supporting security operations centers, call centers, or corporate security environments.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $96,025 - $173,305National Base Pay Range: $83,500 - $150,700

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
