Clarios, a global leader in energy storage solutions, is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to drive full lifecycle recruiting for salaried professionals across USCAN functions and plants. You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, build sourcing strategies, mentor junior recruiters, and provide market insights to shape talent pipelines and workforce planning.

Working as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, this role builds hiring strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions in areas such as Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. The recruiter brings market insight to every search, advising leaders on talent availability, compensation trends and competitive landscape, and uses proactive sourcing to build pipelines ahead of demand. This position also mentors less experienced recruiters, supports TA process improvement, and helps ensure every candidate has a positive experience with the Clarios brand. The role is critical to meeting the region’s hiring goals, reducing time-to-fill key roles, and strengthening the long-term talent pipeline for our corporate and plant environments.

Manages a portfolio of salaried requisitions from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff, using Workday as the system of record. Proactively sources passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, professional networks and targeted outreach. Screens and assesses candidates against role requirements and presents well-qualified slates with clear, data-backed recommendations. Coaches hiring managers on structured interviewing, fair evaluation and inclusive hiring practices, and coordinates interview logistics for HQ and plant locations. Provides market intelligence on talent supply, compensation and competitor activity to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning. Maintains accurate requisition and candidate data, and tracks and reports KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness and offer acceptance. Manages agency partners when engaged, mentor's junior recruiters and interns, and contributes to TA projects and continuous improvement.
