Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience supporting multiple attorneys.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents across multiple practice areas.
• Conduct legal research and support case and transactional workflows.
• Coordinate client communications and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and matter tracking.
• Support compliance filings, entity formations, and corporate records maintenance.
• Assist with process improvements and overall workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth legal operations.
