Irvine Law Firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join its transactional team in a hybrid role in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on real estate transactions, M&A, entity formation, corporate governance, and deal closings.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Notary Public and Clio experience are a plus.

• 5+ years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience.
• Strong experience supporting real estate transactions and/or M&A.
• Hands-on experience with entity formation and corporate governance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage transactions and deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Notary Public and Clio experience is a major plus.

We are working with an established Irvine law firm seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join its transactional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned corporate paralegal who enjoys substantive transactional work and wants to be closely involved in real estate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and deal closings.

The team handles sophisticated business and transactional matters and works with clients from formation and structuring through major transactions and exits.

What You'll Do

• Support attorneys with real estate transactions, M&A, and other corporate matters.
• Assist with entity formations, foreign qualifications, and corporate maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain corporate records, resolutions, and governance documents.
• Assist with due diligence, transaction documentation, and closings.
• Assist with secured and unsecured transactions and financing documentation.
• Support preparation and review of purchase agreements and related transaction documents.
• Research public records and corporate information.
• Work independently while managing multiple transactional matters.

What We're Looking For

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-$130,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
