Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements.
• Manage M&A transactions from due diligence through closing.
• Provide counsel on entity formation and compliance.
• Draft and interpret non-compete and employment-related agreements.
