The position is location flexible, primarily supporting the Corporate practices in Tampa and Fort Lauderdale. Ideal candidates will have 4-7 years of corporate transactions experience, especially in public M&A and take-private transactions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage significant responsibilities are essential. Compensation ranges from $320,000 to $410,000 annually, with additional benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.
