Job summary

Triwill Group seeks a Senior Corporate IT Engineer based in Germany to manage the corporate IT backbone supporting a global workforce. You will own systems across endpoints, identity, SaaS, security, and compliance, combining hands-on engineering with strategic roadmap ownership.

You will automate onboarding and offboarding, access management, and other workflows to reduce manual effort and improve employee experience, while strengthening security and governance of AI tools across a global tech

This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for the internal technology backbone supporting a distributed, global workforce.
You will own corporate IT systems across endpoint management, identity, SaaS administration, security, and compliance.
The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic ownership of the corporate IT roadmap and its long-term scalability.
You will automate onboarding, offboarding, access management, and other workflows to reduce manual effort and improve employee experience.
You will also help strengthen security and compliance practices across a technology environment operating at global scale.
