Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Senior Design Professional for its corporate interiors practice in New York City. This hybrid role requires at least 10 years of design leadership and strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.

You will lead diverse projects, manage interfaces with clients, and mentor a design team. The position focuses on developing space standards, test-fits, concept design, and construction documentation while coordinating with consultants and clients.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years continuous design experience in Corporate/Commercial/ Workplace Interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create photo-realistic renderings utilizing Enscape and AI-driven software.
• Experience with specifying systems and ancillary furniture.
• Understanding of schematic design, design development and contract documents.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with client throughout design phase.
• Oversee design team.
• Develop preliminary programs of requirements.
• Develop space standards.
• Develop 3D design concepts including lighting and FF&E.
• Coordinate design requirements with client, consultant and project team.
• Attend business presentations and assist in scripting presentations.
• Periodically visit project site during construction.
