Job summary

Envita Medical Centers LLC seeks a Corporate Governance Controller to own the management company’s accounting operations, governance documentation, and executive reporting. This hands-on role combines controller-level accounting with entity management, payroll administration, and financial operations in a high-visibility position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or closely related field).
• Demonstrated full-cycle accounting experience and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience owning accounting cycles across multiple entities; strong governance focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting for the management company and select affiliated entities.
• Maintain general ledger and supporting schedules; manage reconciliations and close processes.
• Coordinate annual tax preparation with outside CPAs; support payroll administration and benefits.
• Develop and deliver executive financial reporting packages; maintain governance records across entities.
