Job summary

BILL is seeking a Manager, Corporate FP&A to own and evolve our Adaptive Planning system while driving planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting that informs senior leadership. This role blends technical modeling with strategic finance, shaping how a public fintech company plans, budgets, and grows.

You will partner across Corporate FP&A and Accounting, drive AI-enabled insights, and present narratives that help executives make smarter decisions in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Corporate FP&A: planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting.
• Trusted advisor to business partners and leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and clear communication of results.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Adaptive Planning system: models, workflows, and data integrations.
• Partner on planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting cycles; surface key drivers.
• Consolidate forecasts and prepare narratives for senior executives.
• Collaborate with Accounting on financial statement presentation and consistency.
• Apply AI/automation to FP&A work to speed up analysis and reporting.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and cross-functional financial projects.
