QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support the company’s legal operations across general corporate matters, governance, compliance, insurance, contracts, and policies. You will draft, negotiate, and review customer and vendor agreements and manage books and records. The role requires a J.D.

from an accredited U.S. law school, bar admission, and at least five years in a general corporate transactional practice.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the Bar of a U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• Five or more years of legal experience in a general corporate transactional practice.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing general corporate legal matters.
• Negotiating and drafting customer and vendor contracts as well as various other transactional matters.
• Assisting with legal and regulatory compliance.
• Assisting with corporate governance matters and managing books and records.
• Assisting with compliance with various domestic and international privacy laws.
• Assisting with the company’s data security program.
• Assisting with management of the Company’s insurance program and operations.
• Managing collections on customer accounts.
• Working with outside counsel, counterparties, insurers, and other third parties as needed.
