VideoAmp is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel who will serve as a trusted legal partner, advising on commercial transactions and strategic initiatives to transform the media measurement landscape. You will work closely with senior leadership, helping scale legal functions and manage risks.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and strong communication skills. This position offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience working both at a law firm and in-house, preferably in technology and/or digital media companies.
• Current member in good standing of the California or New York bar.
• Experience in commercial sales transactions and revenue deals, preferably with a large company or firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, negotiate, and review various commercial contracts.
• Support data privacy and product-related matters.
