Job summary

Pacific Staffing is partnering with a highly successful logistics company in Stockton, CA to identify an experienced Corporate Controller who is ready to step into a key leadership role. This position reports directly to the CFO and oversees multi-entity accounting operations, financial reporting, and strategic analysis across several business lines.

You will lead the accounting team, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and manage the full accounting cycle for multiple entities,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience across AP, AR, GL, cash management, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience managing financials for multiple entities and complexity across entities.
• Forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvement experience.
• Independent work style with decision-making and team leadership.
• Strong technical skills including Business Central, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across multiple entities.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive process improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Support company growth with hands-on involvement in improving processes and controls.
• Manage multi-entity accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
