Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead its corporate accounting and financial control functions within a multi-entity environment in the United States. Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting/finance with controller experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience leading monthly close and multi-entity accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Establish a disciplined close calendar with ownership and deadlines.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and management reporting.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, reserves, and significant accounting activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners.
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting and close processes.
