Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Corporate Attorney for a remote-friendly role focusing on business transactions, entity work, commercial contracts, and real estate deals for developers, property owners, and operating companies.

The position requires a JD and an active Maryland bar, 4–8 years of post-bar corporate experience, and drafting experience on operating agreements, purchase agreements, or commercial contracts. Base salary is $250K with bonuses around $100K.

Qualifications

• JD and active Maryland bar (D.C. or Virginia a plus)
• 4-8 years post-bar corporate or business transactions - current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
• Drafting experience on operating agreements, purchase agreements, or commercial contracts

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate operating agreements, purchase agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Handle entity formations, joint ventures, and ownership changes.
• Support real estate financings and leasing deals when they sit on the same client.
• Run a transaction from the first draft through closing.
