Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in all aspects of fund formation and private placements.
• Advise on securities regulation, including the Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
• Represent venture capitalists, private equity firms, hedge fund managers, and family offices in various transactions.
• Manage investment fund structuring, including fund terms and conditions.
• Conduct investor negotiations and oversee day-to-day fund operations.
