• 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Action events (mandatory/voluntary).
• Experience with vendor products and technology.

• Process corporate actions accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
• Support client-facing teams with elections and payments and respond to inquiries.
• Assist manager and act as backup, helping the team operate at full capacity.
