Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience required.
Big Four or public accounting experience highly preferred.
CPA license preferred.
Strong experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidation.
Commercial real estate or property management industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the month-end close process.
Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reports.
Improve accounting procedures and documentation.
Support special analytical projects as requested.
