Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience supporting and architecting Core Banking applications.
• Proven enterprise architecture design experience for scalable solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and batch processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, configuration, and optimization of Core Banking environment for secure, scalable operations.
• Own foundational components including security controls, batch processing, and integration frameworks.
• Design solutions aligning business objectives with regulatory and enterprise standards.
• Plan, test, and implement software releases, upgrades, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Guide integration between Core Banking apps and internal/third-party systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Provide technical leadership for mergers, acquisitions, and conversions, including testing and production rollout.
• Monitor performance, availability, resiliency, and processing efficiency; drive reliability improvements.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues during critical processing cycles.
• Create and maintain architecture docs, standards, and governance procedures.
