Movers+Shakers is seeking a creative leader to imagine and drive disruptive, social-first marketing. You’ll craft world-class, thumb-stopping content for always-on campaigns and collaborate with strategy and account teams to push brands to cultural relevance.

You bring 5-8 years in a social-centric copywriting role, a portfolio of disruptive work, and a keen eye for visual storytelling across TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a copywriting role at creative advertising agencies focused on always-on social-first content.
• Strong copywriting and brand strategy experience across multiple social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok).
• Out-of-the-box conceptual creative thinker with a portfolio of disruptive work.
• Experience giving feedback on photo and video assets with an eye for camera, editing, and lighting.
• Previous experience working on entertainment properties.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, concept and create world-class thumb stopping content for always on social media clients. Working alongside your creative, strategy, and account team.
• Extend and enhance M+S’s social-first creative disruption.
• Become a world leader in organic social-first marketing, and lead brands to cultural relevance.
• Invent new ways for brands to utilize LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, to drive virality, develop engaging brand channels, and innovate influencer campaigns.
• Think holistically about the company's growth, and develop marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients (presentations, social media, blog articles, etc.).
• Partner with the content creation and strategy team to see the creative vision carried through to delivery.
