Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Senior Copywriter to tell our identity security story across ebooks, blogs, web copy, emails, and landing pages. You’ll translate complex topics into compelling narratives for security executives and practitioners.

You’ll lead with AI-assisted workflows while ensuring a rigorous human-in-the-loop review, collaborating with brand, solutions marketing, product marketing and SEO teams to maintain a consistent voice across formats and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a B2B writer, journalist or content marketing writer.
• Able to write across multiple formats (eBooks, whitepapers, blogs, emails, landing pages).
• Storytelling ability aligned with brand voice and audience.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

We're looking for a talented Senior Copywriter to help tell Delinea's story across every stage of the buyer journey. This writer can turn complex identity security topics into content people want to read across multiple content formats from eBooks and whitepapers to blogs, web copy, emails and landing pages.

This role reports to the Director, Content Marketing and partners closely with the brand and solutions, demand generation, product marketing, subject matter experts and web teams to develop engaging and insightful content that converts. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in the use of AI to scale content development yet ensure there is a highly quality human-in-the-loop review.

What You’ll Do:

• Write and edit long- and short-form content across the funnel, including eBooks, whitepapers, research reports, blog posts, web copy, emails, landing pages, and more.
• Translate complex cybersecurity and identity security concepts into clear, compelling narratives for security executives and practitioners.
• Partner with product marketing, solutions marketing, demand generation, subject matter experts, and the SEO/AEO team to develop content that aligns with product positioning, brand strategy and search and answer-engine visibility.
• Shape the narrative arc of integrated campaigns and content programs, keeping the voice, message and story consistent across all formats.
• Use AI tools to scale content production and ideation and apply a sharp editorial eye to catch and eliminate generic phrasing, repetitive structure and other tell-tale signs of AI-generated writing.
• Edit and polish content from other writers, subject matter experts and AI-assisted drafts so every asset reads as authentic, human and on brand.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5-10 years of experience as a B2B writer, journalist or content marketing writer.
• A proven ability to write across multiple formats, including eBooks, whitepapers, reports, blogs, web copy, emails and landing pages.
• A gift for storytelling and the ability to shape a narrative that aligns with brand voice and resonates with the intended audience.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across brand and solutions marketing, product marketing, demand generation, subject matter experts and SEO/AEO teams.
• Proficient with AI writing tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to scale content production, paired with the editorial judgment to catch and eliminate AI-sounding writing.
• Excellent editing skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Cybersecurity industry knowledge is a plus.
