Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Expert Applications Architect to lead design, development, deployment and support of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions within a secure, regulated government environment. You will build and integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Dataverse to support knowledge discovery, automation, and decision‑making while ensuring governance and compliance.

You will collaborate with security, legal and compliance teams to identify high‑value AI use

Qualifications

5+ years with Microsoft Power Platform incl. Copilot Studio
Experience in government or highly regulated environments
Ability to document solutions for audits and compliance
Experience delivering enterprise Copilot Studio implementations
Knowledge of accessibility and privacy controls

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, deployment and support of Copilot Studio solutions
Establish architecture standards and deployment pipelines
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in secure environments
Work with security, legal and compliance teams to ensure governance alignment
Provide technical leadership and drive adoption of AI solutions
