The Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a SENIOR COOK at Wingate University in Wingate, NC. This full-time role requires previous cooking experience and offers open availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience is required; scratch-cooking experience is preferred.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use and perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in maintaining production records and documentation.
• Cross-train other employees and perform other duties as assigned.
