Sodexo is hiring a Senior Cook for Alaska Airlines Lounge in Portland, OR. You’ll prepare nutritious dishes, focus on customer service, and contribute to a positive dining experience for travelers.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. You will follow recipes, manage plating, and may assist in supervising production staff.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and able to foster a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce large batches using classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
• May supervise production staff and train others.
• Be punctual for scheduled shifts and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as required by accounts and client needs.
