Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years food production experience in a high volume environment.
• Experience must demonstrate knowledge of sanitation and equipment handling/maintenance guidelines.
• Must have strong written/oral communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under direction of the CSSC Customer Service Manager, is responsible for all CSSC kitchen food production.
• Assists with menu and new product development.
• Follows quality control, product presentation, receiving, storage and sanitation guidelines.
• Trains and monitors staff in all activities.
• Performs special assignments.
• Hours include evenings, weekends and variable shifts.
