Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Flik Independent School Dining is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Senior Cook positions at Hawaii Preparatory Academy in Kamuela, HI. The schedule includes 11:00 am–7:00 pm shifts, with details provided during interview.

• Assist in maintaining daily production records and complete required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.
