Job summary

Morrison Living in Fountain Hill, PA invites experienced cooks to join our culinary team as Senior Cook. This role requires healthcare and cooking experience in a fast-paced environment; we offer full-time and part-time schedules with AM and PM shifts.

You will prepare nutritious meals, follow safety standards, and support the Food Service Director. Competitive pay range $18.00–$22.00 per hour, plus benefits, and opportunities to grow within a leading hospitality company.

• Experience following HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Performs scheduled routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy. Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.
• Assists in the cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Location: Cedarbrook Fountian Hill - 724 Delaware Avenue, Fountain Hill, PA 18015.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedule; AM and PM shifts available. Hours and days may vary, including weekdays and weekends. Further details upon interview.
