Job summary

Eurest in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Senior Cook for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–3:00 pm schedule. Lead cook experience is required and will manage cooking activities under the Food Service Director.

Prepare entrees with established recipes, ensure proper equipment use and sanitation, and maintain accurate production records. Eurest offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing required documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
