Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a Senior Cook at Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital in Wesley Chapel, FL. The role is full-time, on-site, with a fixed pay rate of $24.00 per hour. Schedule is full-time with flexibility; days and hours may vary. Prior senior cooking experience is required.

• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing documentation, reports, and logs.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
