Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a Senior Cook at Furman University in Greenville, SC. This is a full-time role with days and hours that may vary; open availability including nights and weekends is required. Prior cooking experience is required and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.

• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
